Edenroc is a Shareblock Company and each apartment has a specific number of shares that were allocated when this company was formed. This determines the cost of the Service Levy. There is an additional Food Levy per person.
Purchases are with Life Rights with 100% refund to beneficiaries and no Transfer Duty, Stamp Duty or Vat is payable.
